Prof. Umehara appears at the social book café “Hachidorisha” in Naka Ward, Hiroshima City, and gives a book talk titled “Japan’s Three Non-Nuclear Principles and the Shadow of the United States” to mark the publication of the Iwanami Shinsho book Hikaku Sangensoku (The Three Non-Nuclear Principles).
