広島平和研究所では最新の研究成果を発表する「学術メディア」としてはもちろん、市民社会にメッセージを発信する「広報メディア」として、三つの定期刊行物を発行しています。広島平和研究所・大学院平和学研究科における研究・教育活動を紹介するニューズレター『HIROSHIMA RESEARCH NEWS』、平和研究に関する学術論文を掲載する研究紀要『広島平和研究』、国際シンポジウムや連続市民講座などの講演内容を収録する『広島平和研究所ブックレット』はいずれも紙媒体による印刷物とデジタルデータの両方で公開しています。
The HPI produces three periodicals, HIROSHIMA RESEARCH NEWS, Hiroshima Peace Research Journal and HPI Booklet to disseminate the research outcomes and academic activities of the Institute and the Graduate School of Peace Studies, all of which are published both in print and web versions.
ニューズレターNewsletter
広島平和研究所が設立された1998年から現在まで、日英両言語で、年に2回程度発行しているニューズレターです。8頁構成で、研究所主催のイベントや教員論考、外部識者による平和関連のコメンタリーなどを掲載しています。巻末には教員の活動日誌も収められています。
The HPI newsletter HIROSHIMA RESEARCH NEWS has been published twice a year in both English and Japanese since the establishment of the HPI in 1998. It is composed of eight pages with reports on the HPI’s academic events, articles by our researchers, and peace-related commentaries by outside experts. The diary on the last page lists recent activities of our researchers.

紀要Journal
「平和」の研究・実践に関する学術的論考（日本語または英語）を国内外から公募し掲載する研究紀要を、年に1回、毎年3月に発行します。巻頭エッセイ「平和研究の窓」、「特集論文」、自由論題の「独立論文」および「研究ノート」と「書評」から構成されています。
This journal publishes peer-reviewed academic articles on research and activities concerning Peace, either in Japanese or English, presenting papers from home and abroad. It is published once a year in March. The contents include an opening essay entitled “A Window into Peace Studies,” and academic papers including Special Features, Research Articles, Research Notes, and Book Reviews.

The HPI booklet series consists of articles based on presentations and lectures given at the International Symposia and Public Lecture Series. The booklets are a good introduction to research activities at the HPI, which are suitable not only for specialists but also for beginners such as teenagers and adult learners.
