2005年5月に開催されるNPT（核不拡散条約）再検討会議に向け、さまざまな観点からNPT体制を再評価し、NPT体制をより強固なものとするための方策を探り、広島・長崎からの提言として取りまとめるため、公開ワークショップを開催しました。
また、これに先立ち、福井治弘・広島平和研究所長による退任記念特別講演を実施しました。
